The comic misadventures of two high school girls experiencing first love -- with each other. Randy, a cute, out, white tomboy from the wrong side of the tracks lives with her two lesbian aunts and works in a gas station after school. Evie, middle class, smart, pretty, popular, and black, lives with her mother in a mansion-like house and drives a Range Rover. They meet when Evie drives into the gas station convinced that something is wrong with the vehicle. It's love at first sight, and the girls begin to develop a friendship that blooms into a tender, but hilarious, romance.
